SHAKING MEDITATION

Soften the tension. Make space for ease.
Explore gentle movement and shaking to help ease muscular tension and the stress we carry in our bodies. This guided class invites you to move at your own pace, honour your comfort and reconnect with your body in a supportive, welcoming space.

How to Prepare
There is nothing special to do prepare for this session. As a matter of fact, the more you come into the process as you would a regular day is best. The three things I do recommend is:
	Hydrate: The better hydrated you are the better the integration experience will be. So begin to drink more water several days before the workshop.
	Have your big, beautiful heart open to possibilities.
	Have your big curious mind open to having no expectations.

What to Bring
	Wear loose comfortable layered clothing. You will be laying down for most of the session
	A yoga mat or two if you need more comfort. We will be laying down for about an hour
	A blanket or cover if you get chilled when you relax and for the integration process
	A small pillow or cushion for under your head
	An eye mask to wear during the session
	Water bottle
	A journal or notebook if you wish to record your experience
